2.) What do I need to do if I have to cancel or reschedule my inflatable bounce house rental?

You can get your deposit back in if it's more than 7 days before your party. If you cancel or reschedule less than 7 days before the party, the deposit will not be refunded. If there is bad weather, please contact a Jumpers Bounce House employee to find the best solution for both parties. If you cancel your order, there is a $30 restocking fee.

3.) What happens if it starts to rain a lot and really windy when I have the inflatable bounce house?

If the winds exceed 20 MPH, we highly recommend that you deflate and unplug the bouncy house and the weather is safer. Also do the same if it starts to rain. Deflate and wait until the rain stops. Then, plug it back in and wait for the bouncy house to blow up. At this point, get some towels and dry off the rain water inside. Wait several minutes until the bounce house is fully dry. *TAKE BOUNCE HOUSE INTO GARAGE OR SAFE SPOT BEFORE A STORM. IF YOU DON'T HAVE INSURANCE AND THE BOUNCY IS BLOWN AWAY, DURING A STORM, YOU WILL BE HELP ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE $1,700 COST.*

4.) Is there a delivery fee to delivery my bouncy house? Also, what is the weight limit? How many kids can fit at once on the bouncy inflatable house?

Our bouncy inflatable houses have a max weight limit of 800 pounds. Delivery to Sycamore, DeKalb, & Cortland are free.

5.) Can the customers come pick up the units themselves and can customers come out to see the inflatable bounce house units?

Jumpers Bounce House does not offer pick ups and the best way to see our bounce house units is on our "Rentals" link on our website

6.) Where is the best place to setup the inflatable bounce house? Do I need extension chords?

 Ideally the best spot would be in a grass yard that is flat. If you plan on putting the bounce house on pavement, please let us know in advance. We ask that you not mow your yard the day of the rental delivery and also ask you do not run any water tools (hoses, sprinklers, etc). Also, the customer must clean out the area where the bounce house will be setup. The customer must have the location cleaned out of any items so our associates can set up the bouncy house in an efficient and timely manner. Please have extension chords ready for us while we setup. Otherwise there is a $15 charge to rent out our extension chords.

7.)Are there any deals and discounts?

A.) If you rent out a bounce house for 3 DAYS IN A ROW OR RENT 3 IN A DAY, you will receive a $50 post-party cleaning voucher from Betty's House Cleaning!

B.) Our Facebook deal will make your bounce house $145 instead of $155. Just tag "Jumpers Bounce House" on Facebook to get the deal!
